Newclip Technics Australia is seeking an Orthopaedic Clinical Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing operating room clinical and technical support to surgeons and nursing teams using Newclip's innovative medical devices and implants.

What you'll be doing

- Liaising with surgeons and healthcare staff to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the use of Newclip's products
- Assisting in the preparation and set-up of Newclip's medical devices and implants during surgical procedures
- Providing comprehensive training and education to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of Newclip's products
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to product usage and patient outcomes
- Collaborating with the broader Newclip team to identify opportunities for product improvement and development
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, guidelines and best practices

What we're looking for

- Experience in a similar Clinical Support or Medical Device Sales role
- Recent graduate Science, Allied Health or Biomedical Engineering
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals




- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a healthcare or medical-related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Most importantly a great attitude to be your best and develop a professional career
