This highly team-oriented role blends stakeholder engagement, learning design and user adoption to maximise CRM value.
Working 0.6FTE with flexible arrangements, you will build training materials, run sessions, provide ongoing support, and use data to drive continuous improvement across portfolio-wide adoption
