About the Role

Play a key role in shaping positive student outcomes. As an Admissions Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in helping future students take their next step into education. Every application represents someone's aspiration, career change or fresh start and you'll be there to ensure their experience is seamless, supportive and positive from day one.

These are exciting opportunities for a highly organised professionals who enjoy balancing customer service with detailed administrative work. Working within a fun, cohesive and supportive team, you'll have the autonomy to manage a varied workload while collaborating closely with teaching areas and internal stakeholders. During key intake periods, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- Assess and process course applications against entry requirements and selection criteria.
- Complete Pre-Training Reviews and issue offers in a timely manner.
- Support students through admissions, providing guidance and follow-up as required.
- Coordinate intake quotas and class allocations with teaching areas and key stakeholders.
- Act as a key contact for application and selection enquiries, ensuring positive outcomes wherever possible.
- Prepare reports, contribute to audits, and identify opportunities to improve processes.

About You:

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people while keeping multiple priorities moving. You bring a sharp eye for detail, strong judgement and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn't look right.



You'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment while also taking ownership of your work and outcomes.

Additionally, you will have:

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a student-focused approach.
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and confidence working with digital systems and processes.
- A commitment to inclusion and supporting people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
