Origin is a US-based venture backed financial wellness company providing financial education and guidance to employees everywhere. We work with employers to provide financial wellness as a benefit to their employees all over the world.

We are looking for financial planners in Asia to work with us to provide financial guidance on a part time basis. This is a fully remote contractor position. You set your own availability and there is no selling involved.

Requirements

- 5 years experience ideally in a personal financial planning setting (open to consideration if needed)
- Certified Financial Planner, or country equivalent
- Good general understanding of personal finance and ideally exposed to a broad range of common financial planning areas i.e.



pensions/retirement, savings vehicles, investments, state benefits.
- Understanding of local tax system (particularly income tax and its interaction with local advantages, capital gains tax, dividend tax)
- A good knowledge of the financial planning process and issues at various stages of a clients life and must be confident in speaking to individuals in regard to the above
- Ideally some knowledge of employer equity compensation, how they work, and the tax treatment involved
- 5 hour a week minimum availability
