Responsibilities:

- Contact potential clients to schedule appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Provide feedback to the management team on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, challenging environment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of sales and customer service practices.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus.
