- ITIL Certification and a strong understanding of service levels.
- Minimum 5 years experience in service continuity and disaster recovery (DR) within a medium/large organization ICT environment.
- Experience in service continuity and DR planning and testing
- Strong stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration across business and technology teams.
- Extensive understanding, and ability in applying recognized industry toolsets and frameworks associated with business continuity management such as ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management; Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) etc.
- Ability to implement current procedures and processes to improve efficiencies

Desirable criteria





1. Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and present to executives.
- A strong commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and a passion for service continuity and DR.
- Experience with working with governance, risk and compliance systems and tools.
- A solid grasp of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance.
