We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the asset finance needs of our clients, including sourcing and structuring finance solutions, managing relationships with lenders, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking asset finance solutions
- Analyse client needs and develop tailored finance solutions to meet their requirements
- Source and negotiate finance options from a variety of lenders
- Monitor market trends and changes in lending policies to ensure the best finance options are available to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, ensuring access to competitive rates and terms
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on asset finance options, including tax implications and cash flow management




- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient financing process for clients
- Keep accurate records of all finance transactions and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the asset finance process and enhance the client experience

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a phone based sales role
- Robust knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in the asset finance space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and goals
- Proficient in MS Office and financial software programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
