Supporting staff where required with queries and sign-offs
Building sales pipelines to achieve individual targets
Providing excellence in customer service Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

Professional approach and presentation in a customer service environment
Strong time management and organisational skills
Computer savviness and an ability to use Microsoft products, CRM platforms
