Senior FP&A; Analyst | SaaS | Super Versatile | Temp to Perm

- Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models supporting strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Deliver insights on key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, customer acquisition, retention and profitability.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
- Prepare executive and board-level reporting packs highlighting key business drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Analyse financial and operational performance against forecasts and targets.
- Support resource planning and headcount modelling across multiple business functions.
- Provide ad hoc analysis on pricing strategies, product investments, customer economics and growth initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across planning processes, reporting and financial systems.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Strategy and Operations teams to improve business visibility and decision support.

- 5+ years' experience in FP&A;, commercial finance,



strategic finance or related analytical roles.
- Experience within a SaaS, technology, subscription-based or high-growth environment.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and subscription business metrics.
- Ability to distil complex information into concise insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite or similar is highly regarded.

- Competitive salary between $150,000 and $180,000 + Super, contingent on experience
