Key Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Senior Sales Manager will lead commercial and export sales activities across Australia and key export markets. The role combines strategic leadership, customer engagement, businessdevelopmentand team management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability
- Lead commercial sales across VIC, NSW,SAand TAS
- Manage export relationships andidentifynew international opportunities
- Lead and develop Account Executives through coaching,mentoringand performance management
- Develop marketing initiatives andmaintainCRM market intelligence systems
- Provide Board and leadership reporting on sales performance
- Support product innovation,



qualityassuranceand strategic growth initiatives
- Represent the Company at industry associations and events

About you:

- 5+ years in a senior sales management role
- Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture or related discipline
- Strong horticultural and growing media knowledge
- Demonstratedsuccess leading high-performing sales teams
- CRM,ERPand business systems experience
- Strong commercial,communicationand negotiation skills

Travel Requirements:

- Regular domestic travel throughout Victoria, New South Wales, SouthAustraliaand Tasmania, together with occasional international travel to Europe andexport markets.
- Performance-based bonus and incentive program

Salary:

$160K (depending on experience) + Super + fully maintained Company vehicle, Company laptop and mobile

Hours:

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
