This is a great next step for an experienced Senior Strata Finance Manager seeking growth and development opportunities. The role offers you exposure to a broad range of clientele and opportunity to work with expert Strata Managers.

What does this role involve?

This role is a critical position, providing specialist expertise and guidance that directly supports the financial integrity, compliance and performance of our clients’ strata schemes. The role also supports leadership across the finance function, working closely with the Head of Strata Finance, Strata teams and external processing partners to drive consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.

Success in this role will be achieved by:

- Providing proactive, expert and commercially focused financial advice to the Strata team, supporting sound financial decision-making and outcomes for clients.
- Building confidence and trust with clients and stakeholders by providing professional, responsive and knowledgeable financial guidance when required.
- Effectively coordinating with the external processing team to ensure financial tasks and queries are actioned accurately, efficiently and within agreed service standards and SLAs.




- Maintaining high standards of financial governance and ensuring processes are compliant with legislative, regulatory and company requirements.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships across the business through explicit, timely and effective communication.
- Supporting the Head of Strata Finance in maintaining an efficient, responsive and high-performing finance function.

What do you need to demonstrate to us?

Someone who can be relied upon as to provide clear, practical advice on complex financial matters and ensures high standards of accuracy, governance and service.

You will also be open to learn and accept new challenges, with the ambition to grow in your knowledge and expertise.

You should have:

- A strong background and experience in strata finance management
- Previous experience within the strata or real estate industry, with a strong understanding of relevant systems and software
- Advance capability with Microsoft products e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders.
