Greenlink Capital is a private, non-bank lender, property-backed capital, $100K to $50M, nationwide. We assess every deal on its merits. We don't do frictionless, seamless or disrupting. We do structure, discipline and certainty of execution.

We need a BDM who already has a network (brokers, developers, direct borrowers) and knows how to bring a real scenario to a lender that gives a real answer.

What the role is:

Own the relationship. Bring in the deal. Work it through to settlement. Do it again.

What we're not looking for:

Someone who wants a script, a CRM to hide behind or a lender that says "let's circle back." We give a clear answer,



rapid and we expect the same discipline from our BDMs.

What you bring

- A working network across brokers and/or direct borrowers
- Real BDM experience in private lending or commercial finance
- The confidence to talk structure, security and serviceability, not just relationship-manage
- A direct communication style, ours is not a soft brand
