Country Road Group is seeking a Senior Manager - CRM & Marketing Automation to lead the end-to-end delivery of a current MarTech platform, from build and migration through to integration, testing and rollout.

You will drive CRM and owned channel performance across email, SMS and emerging channels, shifting from batch activity to scalable personalisation, while building a high-performing CRM team across multiple brands.
