Wandiyali, an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation in Newcastle, seeks an ITC Youth Worker to provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care settings, fostering a safe, therapeutic setting that promotes healing and growth.

The role requires cultural competence, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and the ability to work a 4-days on, 4-days off roster including sleepovers and weekends. Induction and ongoing training are provided.
