You'll work directly with the Directors of a growing boutique client-side project management consultancy, becoming a trusted member of the team and playing a key role in the day-to-day success of the business.
From supporting exciting construction projects and coordinating business operations to marketing, finance and team events, no two days will ever be the same.
If you're proactive, organised, enjoy variety and love working with great people, you'll thrive here.
About the Business
This is a growing client-side project management consultancy delivering premium projects across NSW.
Their portfolio includes:
- Luxury Residential Homes

They've built an outstanding reputation by delivering exceptional projects while creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
The team is collaborative, down-to-earth and passionate about what they do. Culture isn't just something they talk about, it's integral.
The Role
You'll become the central point of support for the Directors and broader team, helping keep the business organised, efficient and running smoothly.
This is a role where you'll be trusted, valued and given plenty of variety.
You'll be involved in:
- Executive support for the Directors
- Diary, meeting and travel coordination
- Project administration and document management
- Preparing professional reports, presentations and client documentation
- Supporting invoices, expenses and finance administration
- Coordinating LinkedIn, Instagram and company marketing
- Organising team events, client functions and industry networking events
- Supporting tender submissions and business development activities
- Helping create a positive, organised and enjoyable workplace
About You
You'll ideally bring:
- 2+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support, Office Manager or Team Assistant role
- Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate what's needed before being asked
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience within professional services would be highly regarded, but it's your attitude, professionalism and willingness to get involved that will set you apart.
Why You'll Love It Here
- Work directly with approachable Directors who genuinely value their team
- Become a trusted and important part of a growing business
- Enjoy a role with real variety where every day is different
- Help shape the culture and future of the company
- Supportive, collaborative team that enjoys working together
- Team lunches, celebrations, social events and community initiatives
- Excellent long-term career opportunities as the business continues to grow
- Salary negotiable for the right person
If you're looking for a role where you'll be recognised, trusted and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact every day, we’d love to hear from you.
