Minimum Years of Experience: 8+Years

Must Have Skills:

Azure, Azure services (VMs, Networking, Storage, Security), Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and automation scripts, ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Nice to Have Skills:

Familiarity with PowerShell, CLI, and ARM templates, Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:· Lead Azure related project activities

· Client handling

· Extensive Troubleshooting

Detailed :

· Lead day-to-day Azure platform support operations, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.

- Monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

- Manage patching, updates, and performance tuning for Azure services.

- Coordinate with teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and deployments.

- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
