Folio is a cocktail bar and dining venue attached to the Roslyn Packer Theatre in Walsh Bay, Sydney. This role leads hospitality operations across Folio and the theatre, balancing guest experiences with strong commercial performance in a live performance workplace.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive service standards on the floor, grow non-theatre trade and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring safety and compliance across the venue.
