The Role

As a Casual Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be converting warm, pre-qualified leads – including customers with abandoned carts on the Vuly Play website – into confirmed sales. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and showroom enquiries, consulting with families to understand their needs and guiding them confidently through the Vuly Play product range to close sales. This is a seasonal role that's fun, rewarding, and comes with genuine On Target Earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of warm outbound and inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and showroom,



with a primary focus on converting unconverted customers with abandoned carts.

Consult with customers to understand their family's needs and recommend the perfect Vuly Play products.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Build and maintain deep knowledge of all Vuly Play products, features, and benefits.

Contribute positively to a high-performance team culture.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who possess the following:

Proven sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving targets in a call centre or phone-based sales environment.

Exceptional communication skills; clear, confident, and persuasive verbally and in writing.

Genuine customer focus, with resilience and persistence to handle objections, maintain a positive attitude, and consistently follow up on leads.

Self-motivation and energy, driven by targets and financial reward.

Enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, supportive team.
