Where We Grow is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to lead the Toddler Room. You will guide daily programming, nurture solid relationships with children and families, and mentor junior staff to sustain high-quality practice.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, based at our early learning service. You will champion safety, inclusivity and curiosity, contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment.
