As Analyst/Associate you'll gain end-to-end investment management experience, from asset management of existing assets to underwriting new deals.

This position is Ideal for an entrepreneurial candidate seeking to work within an intimate setting.

You must have a genuine passion for real estate, keen to learn across the full investment lifecycle within a lean, high-performing team.

What You'll Need

- 2 to 4 years' experience in investment banking, M&A; transaction services, engineering advisory, or direct investing
- Finance, commerce, engineering or law degree from a top university
- Robust analytical and financial modelling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a small, founder-led team
