Job Summary: My client is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working setting within the project team.
- Manage project resources effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
