We are currently seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join a well-established workshop based in Bayswater. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a company that values quality workmanship, safety, and reliability.

Offering a competitive hourly rate of $52.43 per hour, this position will commence on a casual basis with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

What's on Offer?

- $52.43 per hour + Superannuation

- Monday to Friday roster

- Morning shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm

- Overtime available with applicable penalty rates

- Stable workshop-based environment

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication and assembly of steel components from drawings and specifications

- MIG, TIG and Flux Core welding (depending on project requirements)

- Structural steel and general fabrication work





- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Use of workshop machinery and fabrication equipment

- Maintaining a protected and clean work environment

About You

- Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator

- Previous workshop fabrication experience

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable with a strong work ethic
