The Role

- Manage and further develop an established portfolio of individual, business and rural clients
- Lead and support an experienced team
- Maintain and strengthen long-standing client relationships
- Oversee business operations, client service delivery and practice performance
- Identify opportunities for growth and business development
- Work closely with the current Principal during the transition period
- Progress towards practice ownership, merger or partnership

About You

- Experienced public practice accountant with strong Business Services and Taxation expertise
- CA,



CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Commercially minded with leadership and practice management capability
- Interested in practice ownership, succession opportunities or expanding an existing firm
- Motivated to establish a long-term presence within a regional community
