BOOKKEEPER - ARMIDALE, REGIONAL NSW – ACCOUNTING & PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM (JOB ID 1566)

The Role:

- Manage own client portfolio

- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries

- Oversee client ATO compliance including IAS/BAS lodgements, STP and superannuation obligations

- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards and financial documents accurately and efficiently

- Maintain accurate, compliant and up-to-date financial records

- Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure financial data integrity

- Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

- Support clients through reliable bookkeeping and compliance services

About You:

- 2+ Years of experience in bookkeeping practices and accounting principles

- Proven experience with BAS,



payroll and ATO compliance requirements

- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders

- Proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude

- Experience in public practice or client-facing bookkeeping highly regarded
