BUSINESS ADVISORY MANAGER – AGRIBUSINESS – BILOELA, CENTRAL QLD – NATIONAL MID-TIER FIRM – CLIENT ADVISORY & LEADERSHIP FOCUS (JOB ID 1390)

Our client is a leading national accounting and advisory firm with a strong presence across Queensland and Northern NSW, backed by a global network. With a diverse client base spanning SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and large private groups, they are known for delivering tailored, practical advice. Their specialist Agribusiness team works closely with rural and regional clients, providing end-to-end support across compliance, tax and strategic advisory.

The Role:

- Work across tax, compliance and business advisory for agribusiness clients

- Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and management reports

- Provide tax advice including research, analysis and client support

- Support business improvement through financial insights and reporting

- Build strong client relationships and contribute to advisory outcomes

- Opportunity to travel to regional areas and engage with clients directly

About You:

- 3–6+ years’ accounting experience with at least 2 years in Australian public practice

- CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)

- Solid technical skills across tax and business services





- Experience with Xero, MYOB, Reckon or similar systems

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a growing team

- Leadership capability with experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
