The Role:

- Manage and review accounting, taxation and business advisory engagements across a diverse client portfolio

- Lead day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact

- Oversee workflow planning, job allocation and deadline management

- Review work prepared by Accountants and Graduates to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance

- Mentor and develop junior team members both technically and professionally

- Support Managers and Partners with complex business advisory, tax strategy and client projects

- Assist with ATO audits, reviews and supporting documentation

- Identify opportunities to broaden client services and contribute to business growth

- Support process improvement and uphold quality management standards

About You:





- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce or Business

- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)

- 3+ years Australian public practice accounting experience

- Strong technical capability across tax, compliance and business structures

- Proven experience managing workflow and reviewing work

- Leadership capability with mentoring or supervisory experience

- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail

- Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar platforms
