The Role:

- Lead client engagements and provide expert tax and business advisory services to private enterprises, family groups, trusts, partnerships and emerging businesses

- Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships

- Coach, mentor and develop team members while sharpening your leadership and managerial skills

- Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for client growth

- Specialise in a sector you’re passionate about while utilising world-class tools, technology and resources

About You:

- 5–7 years’ experience in professional services

- Previous experience managing a team and developing staff

- Strong technical expertise in tax and business advisory





- Excellent communication and client relationship skills

- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

- Committed to ongoing professional development and growth

- Exposure to business development activities is highly regarded
