Were partnering with a leading financial-services client to find a skilled Business Analyst (IAM) to join a major security uplift program.

If you know your way around role engineering, access governance, and IAM tools (1IM, AD, ISAM, Entra) and love bridging business and technology this ones for you.

What you'll do:

- Analyse and document IAM requirements and processes

- Support role engineering, generic accounts, and access controls

- Collaborate across tech, security, and governance teams

- Use JIRA & Confluence to manage sprints and documentation

What were looking for:

- 5 - 10 yrs as a Business Analyst (financial or enterprise setting)

- Deep IAM understanding and stakeholder management strength

- Excellent documentation, comms, and problem-solving skills

Sydney or Melbourne | 12-month contract
