Business Development Manager - Medical Aesthetic Devices

Melbourne preferred | Sydney considered | Hybrid

$90,000 to $110,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission

Opportunity within an established, award-winning aesthetic technology business expanding its medical device division.

This is a territory ownership role for an experienced aesthetic device sales professional who understands structured pipeline management, revenue accountability and long-term clinic partnership development.

Melbourne is the preferred location. Exceptional Sydney-based candidates with strong aesthetic networks will also be considered.

This is not a support or account servicing position. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding existing clinic accounts and owning territory performance across a defined region.

The commission structure is uncapped. High performers will be rewarded accordingly.

Hybrid structure. Territory management is handled primarily from home and office, with targeted clinic engagement rather than constant interstate travel.

Four days per week or structured school hours may be considered for the right candidate. Commercial performance expectations remain clear and measurable.

Your responsibility

• Own and grow medical aesthetic device revenue within your territory

- Drive new clinic acquisition and expand existing aesthetic accounts
- Deliver structured commercial presentations and device demonstrations
- Manage disciplined pipeline forecasting and revenue tracking
- Build long-term commercial partnerships with clinic owners and senior practitioners
- Contribute strategically to ongoing territory expansion

You

• Proven sales experience specifically within medical aesthetic devices

- Established relationships within aesthetic clinic networks
- Confident presenting to clinic owners and senior decision makers
- Comfortable owning targets and revenue accountability
- Structured, commercially mature and disciplined with CRM systems
- Motivated by territory ownership and uncapped earning potential
