Agri Labour Australia is recruiting for 10 Horticulture Team Leader roles across Gin Gin and surrounds. These contract/casual positions start from August 2026 in a Berry and Citrus production workplace.
Outdoor work, cold mornings, and heavy lifting are part of the role. You will be paid minimum hourly rate AU$35.88 under the Horticulture Agreement 2016 with 120 hours over a 4 week period, and may also earn via piece-rate depending on production.
