Ventia’s Energy & Renewables team is seeking a hands-on SHEQ Compliance Officer to support HV transmission construction projects across Australia. This site-based role (4–5 days/week) embeds with crews and project teams to uphold Ventia’s safety, health, workplace and quality standards.

The role focuses on proactive compliance, risk mitigation and strengthening a positive safety culture on all fronts, with a strong field presence and close collaboration with subcontractors.
