Job Requirements

- 5+ years in project management and/or business analysis roles
- Proven experience delivering IT and business transformation projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, E‑Commerce platforms)
- Experience working with third‑party vendors and system integrators
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is a plus

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field

- Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and business transformation projects
- Conducting business analysis and process mapping to define current and future state workflows
- Facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders across retail, finance, logistics, and e‑commerce
- Developing business cases, project charters, and detailed project plans
- Managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with internal IT strategy
- Tracking project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Embedding change management and user adoption strategies into project delivery
