The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager you will be supported by the wider clinical leadership team in achieving operational & clinical excellence, as well as engaging and motivating your team members.

As a fundamental member of the leadership team,



you will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents are connected to the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.

Alongside your clinical management abilities, you will ensure that staff are educated & delivering each standard on a daily basis.

Summary of Duties:

- Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
- Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing
- Review & update resident documentation
- Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
- Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Essential Criteria & Skills:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse Registration

- Proven Aged Care leadership capabilities within a team
- Understanding & working knowledge of ACFI processes
- Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
- Accreditation knowledge & experience
