Summary:

Join the Country to Coast Care team as a Casual Support Worker, where you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and assist participants in achieving their personal goals.
- Work varied shifts, including afternoons, weekends, and split shifts.
- Build respectful relationships with clients, their families, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.

Qualifications:





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability, aged care, or a similar field.
- Experience (or willingness to learn) in complex bowel care and catheter care.
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR certification, and Police Check (within the last 2 years).
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Flexibility to travel for shifts, including afternoons and every second weekend.
- Commitment to making this your primary roster.
