Key responsibilities
- Menu development and continual refinement
- Food cost, portioning and waste control
- Kitchen systems and prep
- Building and training the kitchen team
- Consistency, speed and presentation
- Protecting the $16 promise without compromising the food
- Helping create a concept we can grow
