Executive Assistant, Chief People Officer

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract parental leave cover.

What you’ll be doing

- Own the CPO's day‑to‑day operations: manage calendar, inbox and travel, exercising judgement on priorities.
- Navigate relationships with other senior leaders’ support teams, ensuring discretion and protocol.
- Maintain People leadership rhythm: prepare meeting cadence, coordinate global events, off‑sites and key launches.
- Represent the CPO’s voice in drafting communications and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Build and maintain scalable workflows for recurring processes and continuous improvement of organisational operations.
- Coordinate across stakeholders to keep timelines, milestones and deliverables on track.
- Support team culture: recognise achievements, plan team days, organise gifts and handle sensitive people matters with discretion.

You're probably a match if you

- Have substantial experience partnering 1:1 with a senior leader, protecting their time at scale.
- Think strategically,



anticipate next steps and seek context beyond administrative tasks.
- Draft communications, briefing documents and presentations that require minimal editing.
- Build trust quickly across a broad network and know when to leverage others.
- Problem‑solve with a “let’s get it done” mindset, handling tasks of all sizes.
- Create visual stories and decks swiftly and on‑brand.
- Manage many moving pieces, prioritise under pressure and maintain detail orientation.
- Embrace AI to improve quality and speed, applying judgement and polish.
