BRIDA has a long and proud history of delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services across mine sites and community projects in the Pilbara. We’re now looking for reliable part-time and casual Cleaners to join our friendly Cape Lambert team.

? What We Offer

- Flexible part-time arrangements available initially for the right candidate, designed to accommodate family or partner work schedules (including Rio Tinto rosters)
- Opportunity to transition to permanent full-time employment ($38.78 per hour) for reliable, high-performing team members
- Casual employment option available at a different rate

✅ What We’re Ideally Looking For
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen and Pre-employment Medical
- Reliable and committed to safe work practices
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Understanding and respect for Indigenous culture

Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience
- Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO) Induction – Iron Ore Essentials
