Retail Cleaning Operative Full Time – Sunny Park Shopping Centre

We are currently seeking a Full Time Cleaning Operative to join our team at a premium retail site in Sunnybank QLD. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus in a fast-paced retail setting.

Minimum Requirements: Hold an unrestricted Driver’s Licence and have access to a reliable vehicle

Able to work a Wednesday to Sunday afternoon roster About You: High level of personal presentation

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Strong mobility and ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Positive, friendly attitude

Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Previous experience in floor care, including stripping and sealing,



is highly regarded but not essential.
