This established professional services firm is seeking a Client Services Officer to join its Financial Planning and Wealth Management division. Working alongside experienced Advisers and Partners, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, coordinating administrative processes and supporting the ongoing management of client portfolios.

This position offers an excellent prospect for an organised and client-focused professional looking to build a long-term career within the financial services industry while gaining exposure to a broad range of investment and wealth management activities.

The Role

- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Partners

- Assist with the preparation of client documentation, reports and investment information

- Process investment applications, withdrawals and client transactions

- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation

- Coordinate ongoing client service activities and review processes

- Respond to client enquiries and maintain strong professional relationships

- Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the Financial Services team

About You

- Degree qualified in Finance, Financial Planning or a related discipline

- Previous experience within financial planning, wealth management or client services





- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- Experience with financial planning platforms such as Xplan, Netwealth, BT Wrap or Macquarie Wrap will be highly regarded

- Proactive, team-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional client service
