CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER - MACKAY – REGIONAL ACCOUNTING FIRM (JOB ID 823)

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and personable client services officer to join their Mackay office. This is a key front-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients while also providing essential administrative support to a busy and collaborative team of Partners, Accountants and support staff.

The Role:

- Take ownership of front office operations and overall client experience

- Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth and a high level of service

- Manage appointments, phone calls, emails and general client communications

- Process client records, correspondence and maintain accurate documentation

- Provide administrative support to Partners, Accountants, and the wider team

- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of reception and office functions

About You:

- 4+ years of previous experience in reception, administration or customer service role

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation





- Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

- Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
