Working closely with senior client support professionals, client managers and the broader administration team, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless client service, operational efficiency and high-quality administrative support across the business.
The Role:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive support and communication
- Coordinate workflow, priorities and deadlines to ensure timely client outcomes
- Liaise with clients to obtain information, manage timelines and support service delivery
- Prepare, collate and professionally present reports, correspondence and documentation
- Manage document execution, follow-up and lodgement processes within strict deadlines
- Undertake ASIC corporate secretarial duties including company and trust establishment
- Support client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate client databases, records and document management systems
- Provide reception and front-of-house backup support when required
- Contribute to broader administration and operational support across the firm
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in administration, client services or professional services support
- Strong organisational and time management capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with robust initiative
- Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems independently
- Strong Microsoft Office capability and adaptability with new systems
- Team-focused attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with ASIC forms, corporate secretarial tasks or professional services environments highly regarded
