Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and be able to support our team in various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assisting with discovery and evidence collection
- Organising and maintaining legal files
- Coordinating court appearances and depositions
- Providing general administrative support to attorneys

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year full-time experience as a Paralegal




- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research databases and software
- Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal studies preferred

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

- Commercial Law
- Litigation
- Insolvency Law
