- Permanent, Mon‑Fri, 7am-4/4:30pm (some flexibility)
- Vehicle, laptop, phone and tooling supplied
- Mix of field work, workshop and team leadership
- Lead a technician and 2 apprentices
- Upskilling across a range of equipment

The Duties

A blend of tools‑on work and team leadership, keeping the workshop and field jobs running smoothly.

- Servicing, PM work and component change‑outs
- Fault finding and diagnostics, field and workshop
- Hydraulic and electrical repairs




- Mentoring the technician and apprentices
- Managing workflow and job scheduling
- Warranty work and documentation

What You'll Need

Someone ready to lead while staying across the tools, with an eye for keeping the team on track.

- Trade qualified in LV or HD mechanics
- Prior supervisory or leading hand experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge, some hydraulics/electrical
- Comfortable leading a small team
