Responsibilities





- Run your own practice autonomously (no hand‑holding required)
- Earn at Partner level with a fixed draw + two bonuses – one for smashing targets, one for cross‑referrals
- Join a up-to-date, debt‑free firm with a younger partnership (75% female, 83% of lawyers female) that runs like a business, not an ego contest
- Work with premium clients who expect Tier 1 capability without Tier 1 nonsense

Requirements

- Profile in Family Law with proven success in handling complex high‑net‑worth matters.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a practice.
- Commitment to be in our Brisbane CBD office four to five days a week, active, visible and invested in the long game.
