This multi-award‑winning Healthcare based boutique recruitment company, based in Sydney's CBD are looking to scale their team with an experienced Senior Account Managerwho is passionate and motivated to work with an employer who cares, respects and recognises their hard work and achievements.

The Role:

They currently operate across the whole Healthcare and Medical spectrum and are looking for a SeniorAccount Manager to manage their Hospital based clients recruiting doctors across NSW.

As a Senior Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of clients, servicing and recruiting across your specialist area. Supported by candidate focused consultants delivering on healthcare based roles. Develop relationships across your portfolio as well as help foster recent ones.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and manage client relationships.
- Promoting brand awareness and recognition.
- Help to win new business where appropriate.
- Meeting all personal and team activity targets.
- Delivery management, actively working live roles
- Market candidates to key clients
- Full 360° recruitment role
