This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving boutique performance through exceptional service, operational excellence and a deeply considered client experience. The successful talent will oversee day-to-day operations, leading a high-performing team and cultivate an elevated in-store environment that reflects the brands understated luxury.

Client experience sits at the heart of this position. The Store Director will build meaningful, long-term relationships through a personalised, high-touch approach, acting as a trusted point of contact for a discerning clientele. From private appointments to exclusive in-store moments, the successful talent will create tailored experiences that foster loyalty and encourage ongoing engagement, supported by thoughtful clienteling and a strong understanding of individual preferences.

As a leader, the Store Director will set the tone for the boutique, embodying professionalism,



confidence and a deep understanding of the brand. The Store Directors approach will centre on mentoring and developing the team, fostering a collaborative and respectful culture while driving performance through clear direction, accountability and recognition. The successful talent will inspire a shared commitment to excellence, ensuring every interaction aligns with the brand’s elevated standards.

Alongside team and client responsibilities, the Store Director will maintain full oversight of the stores operations, including sales performance, merchandising and inventory management. With a robust commercial mindset, you will analyse performance, respond to client insights and uphold impeccable presentation standards, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the brand’s presence within the luxury landscape.
