Role Description

This is a full-time for Sustainment Team Lead based in Canberra to manage support for RMT's ChemAlert and FirstPriority systems.



Experience in Java and .Net technologies is also required. The role involves managing a team of technical sustainment specialists in meeting pre-defined service level agreements. Day-to-day responsibilities include work allocation, management reporting and customer relationship management.

An NV1 government clearance is required for the role.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in leading a sustainment team
- Experience with RMT ChemAlert and FirstPriority
- Proficiency in Java, .Net and system interfaces
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
