Opal HealthCare is seeking a roving Chef to support our chefs across Greater Sydney and the Central West. This full time role runs weekdays from 9am to 5pm with no late nights, travel across sites, and opportunities to educate teams.

You will bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisory Certification, with 5+ years as Head Chef in aged care, hotels, or similar environments, focusing on quality and compliant service.
