Responsibilities

Deliver our product to consumers and contribute to the growth of our business by being customer centric and drive in store sale opportunities to support greater commission-based earning capacity.

You will join a small sales team at an Australian made company that owns and manages its distribution network through Melbourne. The role is based out of Truganina and requires overnight runs from time to time.

How You Will Contribute

- Drive a Medium Rigid Truck visiting current places everyday where people enjoy ice cream - cafes, retailers, entertainment venues, aquatic centres, beach kiosks, sporting grounds;
- Develop rapport with customers, deliver and merchandise products and upsell;
- Communicate with the broader sales team throughout the day passing on new business leads.





Reporting into the Field Operations Manager, this is a position with a strong existing customer base of direct customers. You will be given the room to build your own effective relationships as well as the support from the existing team to assist you to develop and grow your territory.

Skills and Experience

- Have a MR license and a clean driving record;
- Enjoy talking to customers and build successful rapport;
- Be motivated and willing to learn;
- Be KPI-oriented.
