Trainer & Assessor – Campus (Brisbane - Gold Coast)

About the Organisation

Our client is a respected and rapidly growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offering quality vocational education in trade, construction. They are looking to appoint skilled and experienced Trainers and Assessors to support delivery across multiple campuses.

Available Trainer Positions For:

Course Name:

- CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry and
- CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable)

Priority will be given to applicants who also hold one or more of the following qualifications:

- CPC33020 Certificate III in Bricklaying and Blocklaying
- CPC31220 Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Lining

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions (face-to-face )
- Conduct assessments aligned with ASQA and RTO standards
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment documentation




- Provide student support, feedback, and mentoring
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities

Required Qualifications

- Vocational qualification in the relevant discipline and USI transcript
- TAE40122/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated industry experience

Desirable

- Previous VET/RTO teaching experience
- Experience delivering practical/workshop-based training (for trade areas)
